Align Lifestyle returns to Crosby Beach to celebrate Summer Solstice.

Thursday 20th June 8.30pm

You can expect our unique fusion blend of Blissful Breathwork, designed to elicit nervous system regulation, gentle Somatic Therapy, designed specifically to release tension held within the body, easy and intuitive Modern Meditation, and a relaxing guided Yoga Nidra to finish. This is all set against a backdrop of laid-back Ibizan anthems, carefully curated to enhance mood and mindset, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep, through Hz frequency and aural memory.

To close, we will be toasting marshmallows around the fire, relaxing, and watching the sun set into the sea.

* This event will be held on Crosby Beach.
* This is one of the busiest beach days of the year, so please arrive early to find a parking space.
* Please bring a mat, cushion, and blanket to keep you warm and support your experience.
* Our meeting point will be outside Crosby Leisure Centre no later than 15 minutes before session start. Organisers will not be contactable once session begins. Please come find us on the beach if you are late.
