Align Lifestyle returns to The Bombed out Church for a very special event.

You can expect our unique fusion blend of Blissful Breathwork, designed to elicit nervous system regulation, gentle Somatic Therapy, designed specifically to release tension held within the body, easy and intuitive Modern Meditation, and a relaxing guided Yoga Nidra to finish. This is all set against a backdrop of laid-back Ibizan anthems, carefully curated to enhance mood and mindset, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep, through Hz frequency and aural memory.
To close, there will be warm herbal tea on hand, as we invite you to stay on a little longer. This helps you to integrate a little deeper after your meditation experience, whilst enjoying the unique surroundings of The Bombed out Church.
