Join me in celebration for our annual Summer Solstice Sunset Beach Meditation on Crosby Beach, Liverpool.

Saturday 21st June 8pm
(please arrive in plenty of time. See ticket booking for exact schedule)

Think soul balancing Paranayama Breathwork, tension releasing Somatics, easy and intuitive Meditation, and a guided Yoga Nidra relaxation. All set against a backdrop of laid back beats, healing essential oil blends, and the summer sun on our skin.

With the option to end the evening sun gazing together with toasted marshmallows on the fire, this gorgeous session is not to be missed!

This is a unique class and event you won’t find anywhere else.

Please bring mat, pillow, blanket, water, and warm clothing for when the sun sets (It gets cold on the beach of an evening).

MEETING POINT: Outside Crosby Leisure centre 7.30pm. We will walk to the beach together at 7.45pm.

In the event of severe weather this event will be rescheduled. In the case of a little rain, we will still go ahead. Please dress appropriately.
