You can expect our unique fusion blend of soul balancing Paranayama Breathwork, tension releasing Somatics, easy and intuitive Meditation, and a guided Yoga Nidra relaxation. All set against a backdrop of laid back beats, healing essential oil blends, inside the grounds of The Bombed out Church.

This event will be held within the smaller chancel area of the grounds, under a transparent marquee (roof only). This means a much smaller capacity than pervious years – an ideal intimate setting.

This is a unique class and event you won’t find anywhere else.

• This event will be open air (roof only), inside the grounds of the Bombed out Church, please dress warm for cooler evenings.
• This event will go ahead, weather permitting.
• Please arrive no later than ,15 minutes prior to start time to give yourself time to sign in and settle. Doors lock 7.00pm prompt and organisers will not be contactable during session.
• Please bring a mat, cushion, and blanket to keep you warm and support your experience.
• Entrance via back gates only, on Bold Place.
• Your ticket will have a QR code that will be scanned upon entry.
• No refunds or exchange as per T&C’s.
