Silent Disco Meditation For Summer Solstice

Join me in celebration for our annual Summer Solstice Sunset Beach Meditation on Crosby Beach, Liverpool. Saturday 20th June 8.30pm (please arrive in plenty of time. See ticket booking for exact schedule) This time we are levelling up our experience by providing headsets for all attendees 🎧 This will allow you to fully submerge yourself into the experience. Think soul balancing Paranayama Breathwork, tension releasing Somatics, easy and intuitive Meditation, and a guided Yoga Nidra relaxation. All set against a backdrop of laid back beats, healing essential oil blends, and the summer sun on our skin. With the option to end the evening sun gazing together with toasted marshmallows on the fire, this gorgeous session is not to be missed! Booking essential as headsets are limited. £20*pp. Please bring your own mat, pillow, blanket, water. Warm clothing is essential for when the sun sets (It gets cold on the beach of an evening, and the longer you sit the colder you may feel). MEETING POINT: Outside Crosby Leisure centre 8.00pm. We will walk to the beach together at 8.15pm. If you are late please come and find us on the beach. We will not be contactable when the session starts. No refunds or exchange, as per website T&C's.
